Terms and Conditions:

  1. Liv credit cardholders can receive 20% cashback, up to a maximum of AED 350, on spend of AED 1,500 or more in any foreign currency spent on dining or apparel.
  2. The campaign starts on 1 December 2025 and ends on 31 January 2026.
  3. A cashback of 20% is applied on cumulative spend of AED 1,500 or more in any foreign currency during a calendar month within the campaign period and capped at AED 350 in total per cardholder.
  4. The cardholder needs to register for the offer via https://www.priceless.com/rewards by entering a valid email address and other relevant information in addition to completing eligible transaction/s to qualify.
  5. This offer is valid for qualifying international transactions (Outside of UAE) made in the dining and apparel categories using your Credit Card.
  6. Dining and Apparel spending are based on defined Merchant Category Codes by Mastercard.
  7. Spend at supermarkets/hypermarkets are excluded.
  8. This offer is only valid for POS transactions (either physically or through digital wallets conducted at the point of sale) in any foreign currency (eligible transactions).
  9. Transactions performed on your Credit Card will be counted towards the cumulative spend achieved at consumer card level.
  10. Transactions will be considered eligible based on Transaction Date.
  11. The cashback value is capped at a maximum of AED 350 for each eligible cardholder.
  12. The campaign is valid from 1 December 2025 and ends on 31 January 2026 or until the budget of AED 1,500,000 allocated to fund the consumer incentive is fully utilized, whichever happens earlier.
  13. All decisions on eligibility and award will be made by Mastercard in this regard and considered final.
  14. Cashback will be credited to eligible cardholders within 7 to 10 business days upon meeting minimum spend.
  15. The card needs to be in active status at the time of crediting cashback. If the card is inactive, blocked, delinquent, cashback will be forfeited. Reversed, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions will not be considered.
  16. For any reversal of eligible transactions, the bank has the right to claw back the full incentive amount.
  17. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that their personal details provided to the bank are correct. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details (Example: mobile number, email address) registered with the bank are accurate and up to date to facilitate communication and reward fulfillment.
  18. The bank and Mastercard reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to amend/add/modify/vary/cancel and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification to the bank's cardholder and without any responsibility whatsoever on its part.
  19. The bank and Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify a cardholder from this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion and without notice.
  20. These terms and conditions supplement, and do not replace, the bank's master credit card conditions.
  21. The offer reward is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
  22. By participating in this campaign, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  23. This campaign and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Is there any minimum spend to earn 20% Cashback?

Minimum spend of AED 1,500 equivalent in any foreign currency in a calendar month during campaign period on dining or apparel is required. 20% cashback up to AED 350 will be awarded on any cumulative spend of AED 1,500 or more.

Is there a maximum cashback?

Yes, the cashback value per cardholder is capped at a maximum of AED 350 during the campaign period or when the total budget of AED 1,500,000 allocated to fund the cashback incentive of this campaign is exhausted, whichever happens earlier.

When will the cashback be credited?

Cashback will be credited within a 7 to 10 business days upon meeting minimum spend.

How will I receive cashback?

Cashback will be received directly on the qualifying card within 7 to 10 business days following qualifying transaction/s for eligible cardholders who met the campaign qualification criteria.

How do I know if I’m one of the selected customers for cashback?

Cashback for eligible customers will be credited onto their Credit Card and will reflect in the standard monthly bank statement.

How can I apply for the campaign?

You need to register for the offer via https://www.priceless.com/rewards or QR code provided in the campaign communication from your bank and enter valid email address and other information required. Only qualified customers who registered for the campaign and met the minimum qualification criteria will be rewarded.

Is a minimum spend required to be fulfilled in a single transaction?

Cumulative spend (multiple eligible transactions) conducted using your Credit Card during the campaign period will be counted towards the minimum spend requirement.

Which merchants are eligible for the cashback?

Dining and apparel merchants are eligible for the campaign. Spending at supermarkets / hypermarkets are excluded.

Are online transactions eligible?

No, online transactions including online payments through digital wallets are not eligible for the campaign.

What happens in the case of a transaction reversal/refund/dispute?

In the case of reversal/refund/dispute of a transaction, the transaction will not be counted towards the minimum spend threshold.

Should my card be active at the time of receiving the cashback?

Yes, your Credit Card on which qualifying spend was performed needs to be active at the time of crediting the cashback, if not cashback will be forfeited.
