Help! My debit card is not working.
If your debit card Is not working, double check the following:
- Is your card locked? Check your Settings page. If it’s locked, simply unlock it by clicking the unlock button.
- Is your debit card valid? Check the expiry date on the back of your card. If it’s invalid, ask for a new card in Settings > Help Centre > Do It in the app > Replace by debit card
- Are you trying to spend more than the AED 25,000 daily limit on debit card spends?
- Are you trying to withdraw more than the AED 15,000 daily limit on cash withdrawals?
- Is your debit card chip covered or damaged?
- Are you entering the correct CVV/security code for online transactions?
- Are you withdrawing cash from a working ATM? Try withdrawing cash from an Emirates NBD / Emirates Islamic ATM.
