1. Offer is applicable to select Liv customers.

2. Campaign period: 10th July - 10th September 2024.

3.Eligibility:

• Customers who have been notified about the offer through email and app notifications.
• The transfer should be AED 500 or more to be eligible for cashback.
• Applicable on the first transfer during the campaign period only. All subsequent transfers will not be included.
• Applicable on cross-currency transfers outside of UAE through DirectRemit only.
• All-recall, timed-out, and failed transactions will be excluded from the list of eligible transaction for cashback.

4. Fund transfer charges will be apply as per the Schedule of Charges.

5. Cashback will be credited to the primary AED account of the customer within 60 days from end of campaign period.

6. Existing Terms and Conditions for international fund transfers will continue to apply as a standard in addition to above.

7. Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.

8. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.

9. The Bank reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without prior notice.
