In addition to these terms and conditions (“Campaign Terms”), this campaign shall also be subject to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products available on the Bank’s website, as may be amended from time to time (“ENBD GTC”). If there is any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the ENBD GTC, these Campaign Terms shall prevail, to the extent it relates to this campaign.

Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview
   Eligible customers can enjoy a complimentary Max subscription of up to 3 months as part of a limited-time campaign.
2. Eligibility
   This is a targeted offer available only to customers who have been directly invited by Liv. Liv reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
3. Offer Period 
   Customers can subscribe to Max from 15th May 2026 to 31st August 2026.
   The complimentary subscription will be provided for up to 3 months or until 31st August 2026 (whichever is earlier).
4. To avail the Offer
   Customers must actively subscribe to the Max plan during the campaign period via the Liv X app.
   The offer applies to both new subscriptions and renewals within the campaign period.
5. Fees During the Offer
   No subscription fee will be charged during the complimentary period stated above. All applicable Max benefits will be available to the customer during this period.
6. Post-Offer Charges
   After the campaign period ends on 31st August 2026, the standard subscription fee of  39 + VAT will apply.
   Customers can avoid charges after the campaign period by
   • Maintaining a monthly average balance of  30,000, or
   • Downgrading to the Classic plan before the campaign end date i.e 31st August 2026.
7. Subscription Benefits
   While enrolled in the Max subscription, customers will continue to enjoy all associated features and benefits as per the latest product offering. Click here for Max benefits.
8. Cancellation & Downgrade
   Customers may cancel or downgrade their subscription at any time through the Liv X app. Any changes will take effect in accordance with the Max subscription terms.
9. General
   
   • Liv reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at its discretion.
   • These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Bank’s general banking terms and the Premium Subscription product terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These campaign terms and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai (excluding courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre).
