In addition to these Credit Card Acquisition Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"), this campaign shall also be subjected to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products available on the Bank’s website, as may be amended from time to time ("ENBD GTC"). If there is any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the ENBD GTC, these Campaign Terms shall prevail, to the extent it relates to this campaign.

Subject to the Campaign Terms below, UAE and GCC Nationals, Liv Max subscribers and the Abu Dhabi customers are eligible for a welcome bonus of AED 500 for Liv Cashback+ Card and AED 300 for Liv Cashback Card, upon the strict condition that they apply for and are successfully approved by the Bank to receive the credit card.

The Campaign Terms are as below:

  • Campaign period shall run from 26th May to 26th September 2025, both days inclusive ("Campaign Period").
  • To be eligible for the welcome bonus, customers need to apply for Cashback+ Card or Cashback Card and get their card activated during the Campaign Period. Post activation, customers need to make a minimum spend of AED 2,000 on Cashback+ Card or AED 1,500 on Cashback Card within the first statement cycle. ("Eligibility Criteria").
  • Customers who apply for Liv Cashback+ Card and meet the Eligibility Criteria will receive a welcome bonus of AED 500 and customers who apply for Liv Cashback Card and meet the Eligibility Criteria will receive a welcome bonus of AED 300.
  • Existing Max customers who apply for our card and get it activated during the Campaign Period will be eligible for welcome bonus only if they are enrolled with Max subscription in the entirety of the Campaign Period in addition to meeting the Eligibility Criteria.
  • Customers who enroll for Max subscription during Campaign Period and then apply for our credit card are also eligible to get the joining bonus provided they meet the Eligibility Criteria.
  • Customers who participate in this campaign and receive the welcome bonus benefit are required to retain and not cancel their card for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of card issuance. Early cancellation or closure of the card within this period will result in the reversal of the cashback amount.
  • The first 625 customers to apply and meet the Eligibility Criteria will be eligible for the welcome bonus.
  • Customers will be credited with cashback within 60 calendar days of the end of the Campaign Period.

Miscellaneous:

  • Prizes/cashback may be forfeited, or customers holding eligible accounts may be disqualified from participation in the campaign, if the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that any such customer winner has violated any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE.
  • The prize(s)/cashback featured in all printed materials and/or website of the Bank are shown for illustrative purposes only. The Bank reserves the right to amend, withdraw or change the specifications of the prizes/cashback, at its sole discretion with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations.
  • These Campaign Terms are subject to change, addition or amendment, at the sole discretion of the Bank with notice to customers, in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
  • The Bank may alter the Campaign Period at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
  • This campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of Emirates NBD or Liv.
  • All decisions of the Bank relating to the campaign, are at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  • The Bank shall not be liable for any personal injury; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Bank’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Bank) due to any reason beyond the control of the Bank; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner under this campaign; or (e) use of a prize;
  • The Bank shall not be responsible for, and makes no representation as to, the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize. Any such issues must be settled directly with the producer and/or supplier of such prize. The Bank takes no responsibility for resolving any such disputes.
  • The Bank may from time to time, in its sole discretion, amend and/or vary the features of this Careem + Membership offer campaign, as well as these Campaign Terms. Such amendment/variation may involve the following:
    • Limiting or changing the value of prize/cashback under this Careem + Membership offer campaign and/or the manner of their redemption;
    • Changing
      • The eligibility criteria for transactions in respect of which minimum spend may accrue; and/or
      • The number of transactions required for the redemption of a prize/cashback; and/or
    • Cancelling any prize/cashback and substituting it with another reward of comparable nature and value, as prescribed by the Bank
    • The Bank accepts no liability for any such amendment and/or variation
  • These Campaign Terms and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (excluding courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre).
