Campaign Period: 22nd July 2025 to 21st October 2025
Campaign Overview:
This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is offered by Liv, the digital lifestyle banking app by Emirates NBD. It rewards existing Liv customers ("Referrers") for inviting their friends and family ("Referees") to open a Liv account and meet the specified funding and balance criteria during the campaign period.
Eligibility Criteria
- Referrer:
- Must hold an active Liv account.
- Must share their unique referral code with friends or family between 22nd July and 21st October 2025.
- Will earn a reward of AED 50 when a Referee successfully deposits AED 3,000 within 30 days from the date of opening their Liv account.
- Referee:
- Must be a new Liv customer (i.e. must not have held a Liv account before).
- Must open a Liv account using the Referrer’s invite code during the campaign period.
- Must deposit AED 3,000 within 30 calendar days of opening the account.
- Must maintain a minimum monthly average balance of AED 3,000 in the calendar month following the month of account opening to qualify for their reward.
- Example: If the Referee opens a Liv account on 20th July 2025, they must:
- Deposit AED 3,000 by 19th August 2025
- Maintain an average balance of AED 3,000 throughout August 2025
- Only then will the Referee be eligible to receive the AED 50 reward.
Reward Structure
- Participant Reward Condition
- Referrer AED 50: When the Referee deposits AED 3,000 within 30 days of account opening.
- Referee AED 50: Upon depositing AED 3,000 within 30 days AND maintaining AED 3,000 average balance in the next calendar month
- Rewards will be credited to eligible Liv accounts within 30 working days of verifying the qualifying criteria.
Referral Limits & Restrictions
- A Referrer can earn rewards for up to 20 successful referrals during the campaign period (i.e., up to AED 1,000).
- There is no limit on the number of people a Referrer may invite.
- All qualifying referees will be eligible for the bonus upon opening the account within the campaign period and meeting the criteria.
General Terms
- Rewards will not be paid if eligibility criteria are not met by the Referee within the required timeframe.
- This campaign cannot be combined with other Liv promotional or referral offers unless explicitly stated.
- If the Referee closes their account or fails to meet the deposit and balance conditions, no reward will be paid to either party.
- Liv reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant at any stage of the campaign.
- These Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and are in addition to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services, available on the Bank’s website at https://www.liv.me/en/important-information/t-and-c, as may be amended from time to time.
Fraud & Misuse
- Any suspected misuse, fraudulent behavior, or breach of these terms will result in immediate disqualification from the campaign.
- Liv reserves the right to withhold rewards and take further action in the case of suspected abuse or fraud.
- Liv’s decision in all such matters is final and binding.
Changes & Termination
- Liv reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- In case of disputes, Liv’s decision shall be final.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Campaign is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
