Liv Lite Dreamers Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period: 24 February 2026 to 30 June 2026

1. Campaign Overview:

   This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is offered by Liv, the digital lifestyle banking app by Emirates NBD. It rewards newly onboarded Liv Lite customers ("Lite users") when the Liv customer (“Primary user”) opens and funds a Liv Lite account for them.

2. Prize List
   • Trip to Disneyland, Paris (Draw based)
   • Sony PlayStation 5 (Draw based)
   • Joining bonus of AED 100 (First 1,000 accounts onboarded during campaign period)
     
     
3. Eligibility Criteria – Disneyland package
   1. Primary user:
      • Must hold an active Liv account.
      • Must open a Liv Lite account during the campaign period.
      • Must not have closed a Liv Lite Account in the last 6 months.
      • Must maintain a monthly average balance of AED 5,000
      • Will enter a draw to win a travel package for 2 adults and 1 child
   2. Liv Lite user:
      • Must be between 8-21 years of age at the time of account opening.

         

4. Eligibility Criteria – PlayStation 5
   1. Primary user:
      • Must hold an active Liv account.
      • Must open a Liv Lite account during the campaign period.
      • Must maintain a monthly average balance of AED 2,000
      • Will enter a draw to win a PlayStation 5
      • Must not have closed a Liv Lite Account in the last 6 months
        
        
   2. Liv Lite user:
      • Must be between 8-21 years of age at the time of account opening

    

5. Eligibility Criteria – Joining Bonus
   1. Primary user:
      • Must hold an active Liv account.
      • Must open a Liv Lite account during the campaign period.
      • Must have funded the Liv lite account with atleast AED 10
      • Must not have closed a Liv Lite Account in the last 6 months
      • Will earn a reward of AED 100 in the eligible Liv lite account.
   2. Liv Lite user:
      • Must be between 8-21 years of age at the time of account opening.
        
        
6. Payout Limits & Restrictions
   • Payout is eligible for the new Liv lite account openedunder the primary user (Accounts opened prior to 24 February 2026 will not be eligible for the campaign).
   • First 1,000 Liv Lite accounts qualified for the campaign will be eligible for AED 100 payout. Payout will be made into the Liv Lite Account within 45 days of account opening.
7. General Terms
   • Rewards will not be paid if eligibility criteria are not met by the Primary or Liv Lite user within the required timeframe.
   • This campaign cannot be combined with other Liv promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
   • If the Primary user or Liv Lite user closes their account or fails to meet the deposit condition, no reward will be paid.
   • Liv reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant at any stage of the campaign.
   • Winners of draw-based prizes shall be selected through a draw conducted on the dates determined by the bank. The announcement of winners will be made following the completion of each draw, through Liv’s official communication channels.
   • By participating in the campaign, the account holder and/or winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, image, voice, and/or likeness for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes related to the campaign, including but not limited to the Bank’s website, mobile application, social media platforms, and other marketing materials, without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
   • The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience suffered by the winner or accompanying persons in connection with the prize, except as required under applicable law
8. Third Party Travel Provider Terms
   • The Disneyland Paris trip prize is arranged and fulfilled by a third-party travel service provider.
   • The prize and all related components, including travel dates, itinerary, flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, park tickets, and any ancillary services, shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the appointed travel operator.
   • The Bank does not accept responsibility or liability for any changes, cancellations, delays, service disruptions or disputes arising from the third-party provider’s services.
   • The PlayStation 5 is offered through a third party service provider. Any software / hardware issues, warranty of the product etc will be directly liaised with the service provider and / or the product manufacturer. Bank will not be liable for the product
9. Fraud & Misuse
   • Any suspected misuse, fraudulent behavior or breach of these terms will result in immediate disqualification from the campaign.
   • Liv reserves the right to withhold rewards in the case of suspected abuse or fraud.
   • Liv’s decision in all such matters is final and binding.
10. Changes & Termination
    • Liv reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice.
    • In case of disputes, The Bank’s decision shall be final.
