Terms and Conditions for the Liv Lite

Liv Lite Back to School Campaign

Campaign Period: 1^st Aug 2025 to 31^st October 2025

Campaign Overview:

This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is offered by Liv, the digital lifestyle banking app by Emirates NBD. It rewards newly onboarded Liv Lite customers ("Lite users") when the parent Liv customer (“Primary user”) opens a Liv Lite account for them and meet the specified funding criteria during the campaign period.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Primary user:
   1. Must hold an active Liv account
   2. Must open a Liv Lite account during the campaign period
   3. Must deposit AED 1 into the Liv Lite account
2. Liv Lite user:
   1. Must be between 8-18 years of age at the time of account opening
   2. Must not have closed a Liv Lite account in the last 6 months
   3. Will earn a reward of AED 50 into their Liv Lite account after receiving a credit of at least AED 1 during the campaign period

Reward Structure:

1. AED 50 will be rewarded into the Liv Lite Account
2. Rewards will be credited to eligible Liv Lite accounts within 30 working days of verifying the qualifying criteria

Payout Limits & Restrictions:

1. Payout is eligible for a maximum of 3 Liv Lite accounts (including the existing ones) under the primary user (i.e. if the customer has 3 Liv Lite accounts before the campaign duration, he will not be eligible for the campaign)
2. First 2000 Liv Lite accounts qualified for the campaign will be eligible for payout.

General Terms:

1. Rewards will not be paid if eligibility criteria are not met by the Primary or Liv Lite user within the required timeframe
2. This campaign cannot be combined with other Liv promotional offers unless explicitly stated
3. If the Primary user or Liv Lite user closes their account or fails to meet the deposit condition, no reward will be paid
4. Liv reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant at any stage of the campaign

Fraud & Misuse:

1. Any suspected misuse, fraudulent behavior or breach of these terms will result in immediate disqualification from the campaign
2. Liv reserves the right to withhold rewards and take further action in the case of suspected abuse or fraud
3. Liv’s decision in all such matters is final and binding

Changes & Termination:

1. Liv reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice
2. In case of disputes, Liv’s decision shall be final
