We’re upgrading our systems to an even better technology. Why? To make your Liv. experience even more secure, sleeker and be able to bring you new features and services much faster in the future.

We plan to switch over to the new systems on Friday 7th August 2020, between 2 am to 11 pm.

Please note that you’ll be unable to login to the Liv. app, chat with us or use the Cash Deposit Machines during this time. Local and international money transfers will not be available post 3:00 PM on August 6 until 11:00 PM on August 7.

How can you help yourself?

  1. If things can wait, great!
  2. Else, try to do any of your urgent banking transactions before this date.
  3. Continue to easily shop and pay with your Liv. Debit & Credit Cards.
  4. And if you need to, you can withdraw cash from our ATMs.
