In addition to these welcome bonus for credit card terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"), this campaign is also subject to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products (available on the Bank’s website) which may be amended from time to time ("ENBD GTC"). If there is any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the ENBD GTC, these Campaign Terms shall prevail, to the extent it relates to this campaign.

Welcome bonus for credit card

Subject to the Campaign Terms below, customers are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 700 for the Liv Cashback+ Card and 400 for the Liv Cashback Card, upon the condition that they apply for a credit card and are successfully approved by the Bank to receive the same.

Campaign Terms

1. This offer is valid from 30 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 both days inclusive ("Campaign Period").
2. During the Campaign Period, customers who apply for a Liv Cashback+ Card will stand the chance to win a welcome bonus of 700. Customers who apply for a Liv Cashback Card will stand the chance to win a welcome bonus of 400.
3. Only The first 500 customers to apply for a Liv Cashback+ Card or Liv Cashback Card during the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive the welcome bonus (“Eligibility Criteria”). 
4. There is no minimum retail spending required to qualify for the welcome bonus.
5. The welcome bonus will be credited to the eligible customer’s primary account within 60 calendar days from the end of the Campaign Period. The primary account must be active at the time the welcome bonus is credited. 
6. Customers who receive the welcome bonus are required to keep the card active for a minimum period of six (6) consecutive calendar months from the date of card activation. If the customer initiates a card cancellation request for any reason, prior to the completion of the mandatory six (6) month of activation period, the full value of the welcome bonus will be recovered from the customer’s credit limit.
7. The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this offer shall be final and binding.

Miscellaneous

1. Prizes/cashback may be forfeited, or customers holding eligible Liv accounts may be disqualified from participation in the campaign, if the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that any such customer winner has violated any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE.
2. The prizes/cashback featured in all printed materials and/or website of the Bank are shown for illustrative purposes only. The Bank reserves the right to amend, withdraw or change the specifications of the prizes/cashback, at its sole discretion with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations.
3. These Campaign Terms are subject to change, addition or amendment, at the sole discretion of the Bank with notice to customers, in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
4. The Bank may alter the Campaign Period at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
5. This campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of Emirates NBD or Liv.
6. All decisions of the Bank relating to the campaign are at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
7. The Bank shall not be liable for any personal injury; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
   • (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Bank’s control);
   • (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
   • (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Bank) due to any reason beyond the control of the Bank;
   • (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner under this campaign; or
   • (e) use of a prize;
8. The Bank may from time to time, in its sole discretion, amend and/or vary these Campaign Terms. Such amendment/variation may involve the following:
   • Limiting or changing the value of prize/cashback under this Credit Card Welcome Bonus campaign and/or the manner of their redemption;
   • Changing:
     • The eligibility criteria for transactions in respect of which minimum spend may accrue; and/or
     • The number of transactions required for the redemption of a prize/cashback; and/or
     • Cancelling any prize/cashback and substituting it with another reward of comparable nature and value, as prescribed by the Bank
   • The Bank accepts no liability for any such amendment and/or variation

These Campaign Terms and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (excluding courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre).
