Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms and Conditions”) govern the Emirates NBD Bank P.J.S.C. (“Bank” and “Emirates NBD”) Apply & Win your way to FIFA World Cup 26^TM

The Promotion is subject to: (i) the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products, as may be amended from time to time (the “ENBD GTC”) and (ii) these Promotion Terms and Conditions. The ENBD GTC are available on the Bank’s website at (https://www.emiratesnbd.com/en/terms-and-conditions). In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only in relation to this Promotion. Terms used in title case and not defined herein shall have the same meaning as given to them in the ENBD GTCs.

Campaign Period

1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026

Qualifying Customer

1. New customers to the Bank will automatically enter the lucky draw (one entry), when they open a Liv account and make a cumulative spend of AED 5,000 using their Liv Visa Debit Card during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Spend”).
2. Existing customers will automatically enter the lucky draw (one entry), when they make a cumulative spend of AED 5,000 using their Liv Visa Debit during the Campaign Period.
3. Every additional spend of AED 1,000 will grant customers one additional entry into the lucky draw.
4. Only transactions successfully posted during the Campaign Period will be considered as Eligible Spends. The Bank shall not be responsible for any delays in transaction processing by merchants or acquiring banks.
5. Eligible Spends do not include: (i) domestic and international cash withdrawals; (ii) refunds by retailers or otherwise; (iii) any fees or charges payable to the Bank; and (iv) any cancellation, reversal, refunds or disputed purchases during the Campaign Period.
6. A total of three (3) winners will be selected in the lucky draw. Each winner will win a trip to the FIFA World Cup 26^TM live in the United States.
7. If a winner is unreachable, fails to provide required documentation, or is found negligible, the Bank reserves the right to select an alternative winner or to void the prize without any compensation.
8. The lucky draw will be carried out by the Department of Economic Development (DED) on 3 March 2026. There will be a total of three (3) winners.

Package Inclusion

1. Premium Economy Flights for three (3) winners and their one guest (1) per winner.
2. 4-star hotel accommodation for four (4) nights.
3. Airport transfers (via motorcoach).
4. Daily breakfast and light snacks available at the hotel.
5. Transportation to and from scheduled events (via motorcoach).
6. Gifts and amenities valued at USD 400 (provided as a money voucher to be used during winner’s stay).
7. One (1) Activity or Cultural experience relevant to the city.
8. Visa hospitality desk available at the hotel.
9. Visa event, medical and security support staff.

Package Exclusion

1. Tourist visa to destination.
2. Any meal, events and/or activities outside official program schedule including related transportation.
3. Translation services.
4. Athlete appearances.
5. Guest Travel Insurance, any applicable taxes; tourist entry visas and passports.

General Terms:

1. The following are expressly excluded from qualifying as Eligible Spends in respect of the customer’s Liv Visa Debit Card and the corresponding Eligible Cardholder and, therefore, do not apply to this Promotion: (i) domestic and international cash withdrawals; (ii) refunds by retailers or otherwise; (iii) any fees or charges payable to the Bank; and (iv) any cancellation, reversal, refunds or disputed purchases during the campaign period of an Eligible Spend.
2. The Bank reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, amend, withdraw, suspend, or cancel any or all of these Promotion Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
3. All decisions of the Bank relating to the Promotion, each of which shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank, shall be final and conclusive.
4. If the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that an Eligible Cardholder has violated any applicable laws or regulations in the UAE, the Bank shall be entitled to rescind and cancel any prize otherwise earned by the Eligible Cardholder in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
5. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of Emirates NBD.
6. All Eligible Cards and corresponding Eligible Spends must be valid, active, not in default and in full compliance of the terms and conditions.
7. The above promotion/ campaign shall be subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):
7.1. The Bank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw and/or supplement these Promotion Terms and Conditions, by notice to you in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
7.2. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the standard Liv Debit Card Terms and Conditions.
7.3. The Bank shall not be liable for and shall not entertain claims related to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided under the benefit/ reward by a third party supplier and shall not be responsible to the Eligible Cardholder/winner for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of Eligible Cardholder/winner under or pursuant to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided/ proposed to be provided by a third party supplier under these Terms and Conditions.
7.4. The Bank shall not be responsible for, and makes no representation as to, the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize/product/service. Any such issues/complaints must be settled directly with the producer and/or supplier of such prize/product/service. The Bank takes no responsibility for resolving any such disputes.
7.5. The Bank shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the fluctuation of foreign currency exchange whilst converting the Eligible Spends to AED
7.6. All decisions relating to the Promotion shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank, which decision shall be final and conclusive.
7.7. The Bank shall be entitled to rescind and cancel any prize otherwise earned by the Eligible Cardholder in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, if the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that an Eligible Cardholder has violated any applicable laws or regulations, has committed any fraud in relation to any account with the Bank, including the Liv Credit Cards, has defaulted in any payment to the Bank under the Eligible Card or has violated any terms of the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions.
7.8. The Bank shall not be liable for any personal injury; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Bank’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Bank) due to any reason beyond the control of the Bank; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner under this Promotion; or (e) use of a prize.
7.9. These Promotion Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Applicable Emirate (as defined in the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions). Provided that, the Bank may bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction (inside or outside the UAE) if it deems appropriate in accordance with the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions
7.10. All Standard Terms and Conditions apply.
